For 10 years, PolySpot has been using Lucene's search engine library; the Solr query service was integrated starting with version 5. Thanks to our expertise with these technologies, PolySpot is helping to accelerate contributions and evolution in order to constantly improve performance.

The program can adapt itself to all sorts of applications while preserving a simple, coherent architecture; it provides speed, relevance, portability and the ability to evolve alongside its exhaustive search functions.

  Like Lucene, Solr was developed in Java. Built around the search library, it extends the library's functionality to provide a more complete search platform, most notably adding administrative and operational capacities, like its query service (Solr Query parser).
