Oseo implemented PolySpot search solutions on Intranets and Internet

Oseo was born in 2005, by bringing together ANVAR (French innovation agency) and BDPME (SME development bank), around a mission of general interest supporting the regional and national policies.

Its mission is to provide assistance and financial support to French SMEs and VSEs in the most decisive phases of their life cycle: start up, innovation, development, business transfer / buy out. By sharing the risk, it facilitates the access of SMEs to financing by banking partners and equity capital investors.

Context and solution

With heterogeneous and secured data sources, Oseo needed to develop a powerful search platform that brings together all its sources as web sites, RSS, enterprise content management FileNet P8, file systems, Lotus Notes e-mails, while integrating with the existing Intranet based on EZPublish WCM.

After a strict bid and the consultation of various players of the market, Oseo selected PolySpot for its ability to federate data, its “ergonomic” solution and its quick integration capability into Oseo environment.

In 2009, Oseo has extended its license to implement PolySpot Enteprise Search across all Intranets and Internet search applications of the whole group.
